When you are shopping at Mette Hagen, you get the same good services, whether you visit our store in Sola or shop online at mettehagen.no. Please note that the right to return is 14 days when you shop online.

Complaints

All purchased goods are covered by the Norwegian purchase legislation that provides 2-year warranty period. The complaint does not apply to goods which are defective due to damage, wear due to improper use, lack of maintenance or general wear and tear. In case of complaint, errors and omissions please contact us.

Shipping & Return policy

All packages are shipped with insured package mail through bring.com, where delivery time is usually 1-4 days for Norway and +7 days for other countries. Do you regret your purchase or want to exchange, please return the package in the same condition as when you received it. In the package, you must enclose an invoice, explanation of return and any item you wish to exchange. We reserve the right to reject a product if the packaging is broken or otherwise not resalable.
